Word to Wiki is our best selling product. As the name implies, this solution converts Word documents to SharePoint wiki or publishing pages at the click of a button.
What it does
Word to Wiki allows users to publish Word format documents stored in a SharePoint library to a SharePoint web page (standard or enterprise wiki or any SharePoint publishing library). Any embedded graphics are automatically saved to a specified SharePoint picture library and the resulting HTML is stitched back together with links to these graphics in the right place.
And it’s so simple to use. Users select Word documents in SharePoint document libraries and click the Word to Wiki button on the ribbon.
Whether you are on premises or in the cloud
We have a Word to Wiki version for you whether you manage your own SharePoint 2010, 2013 or 2016 farm or if you use SharePoint Online in O365.
The on-premises version of Word to Wiki is actually one of the modules in the Kaboodle Renditions product suite but you can buy it separately if none of the other modules are needed.
Word to Wiki Online is self-contained application available from the SharePoint App Store. Actually, there are 2 versions of Word to Wiki Online:
Word to Wiki Online (Lite)
The Lite version is completely free, just install it and use it. The Lite version is fully functional but lacks some of the features available in the Pro version and does not support cross Site Collection publishing.
All we ask is that if you find the product useful then please write us a favourable review.
Word to Wiki Online (Pro)
The Pro version provides a myriad of additional features including cross Site Collection publishing, automatic Table of Content generation, auto numbering and chunk publishing (the ability to select just parts of the source document for publishing).
